1. Every participant should carry identity proof with him/her in each and every round of competition that is

2. EVERY PARTICIPANTS SHOULD MAINTAIN THE DISCIPLINE, AND Requested to obey singing sitare team members instruction through out the event.
​
3. Every participants are requested to have patience while they are waiting for their turn in the competition.
​
4. The competition is divided in 4 parts.
* Audition- participant will sing a song without music./ Single chance
* Mega Audition- participant will sing a song with karaoke where it's participant's responsibility to bring his/her song in pendrive./Single chance
* Semi finale- participant will sing a song with karaoke where it's participant's responsibility to bring his/ her song in pendrive./Single chance
* Finale( final round )- 18 participants from all over Gujarat selected for finale, where they perform on Grand stage with live band./Single chance
Note: participant will sing Mukhada n Antra of the selected song. Song selection will be responsibility of participant only. Judges have authority to give another chance to perform, otherwise second chance for performance is not possible.

5. Bollywood songs, Gujarati songs and Gazals are allowed in this competition. Rap songs are not allowed.

6. In first three rounds of competition judges will be from any part of Gujarat who are highly qualified in Singing and music. And in finale round Celebrity judges will judge the participants.
​
7. Judges judgement in every round of competition should not be doubted by participants. Judges decision will be the final decision.
8. Online registration is available on our website. Spot registration is also available at each venue of competition.
Note: online registration will be confirmed after the paying registration fees that is 600 Rs. Which is non refundable. If you are doing spot registration that time you have to pay 600 Rs. At spot which is also non refundable.

9. It will be a Participant's responsibility to take care of his/ her documents and his/her ownself. Organizers are not responsible for any costs, injuries, losses and damages.

10. REQUEST TO HAVE PROPER DOCUMENTS WITH PARTICIPANTS, AS IF THERE IS ANY MISMATCH IN DOCUMENTS THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

11. IF THE APPLICANT/ PARTICIPANT IS MISLEADING THE OTHER PEOPLE AND SPREADING THE OTHER RUMORS ABOUT COMPETITION THEN THE COMPANY HAS ALL THE RIGHTS TO DISQUALIFY THE CANDIDATE/PARTICIPANT AND TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION.
12. Participants who are doing online registration will be informed about their timing at selected venue. It's request to hv patience for our reply. Spot Registration participant also has to have patience at the selected venue while enrolling.

13. All participants must follow the Covid 19 Guidelines as mandated by the Government of India. Wearing of masks, using sanitizer and social distancing must be followed.
​
14. Bringing any kind of intoxicating substances into the premises is banned.
15. Any rights to change the timing and place lies in the hands of the management.
​
16. Management will not be responsible for any losses to due natural causes.
​
17. Mega auditions will be the round Where the participants will have to sing along with the kareoke track, which they are suppose to bring on their own in a pen drive .
There will be no charges applicable for Mega Finale round .
18. Those participant who pass the Mega Auditions round will enter the Semi Finale round.
Here also participants will have to sing along with the kareoke track which they must bring in their pen drive .
For Semi Finale round fees of rs. 1500 will be applicable.
19. After passing the Semi Finale round , final round will be Finale .
All the finalist will be provided the following for a day before finale and on the day of finale at Finale Venue :
1. Food and stay
2. Live band practice before finale
3. Makeup and grooming on Finale
4. Mentoring session for best performance at finale .
Each Participants will be charged rs. 3500 for Finale round .
